SIDO IDC Projects 2027
PROJECT MADAGASCAR 2027 - INDUSTRIAL AGRIBUSINESS & TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT HUB
"Project Madagascar 2027 begins with the June 2026 launch of SIDO IDC Madagascar (SIMA) and its acquisition of a sixteen-thousand-hectare plot of terrain located in the southwestern region of the Republic of Madagascar referred to as the Fianarantsoa. It is here that SIMA will develop an industrial business district housing a state-of-the-art tech hub, 400-hectare agribusiness compound, waste management facility, medical training facility, manufacturing district, housing compound, shopping center, and industrial training campus providing Malagasy adults access to the SIDO core entrepreneurship and enterprise development pathways. Focusing primarily in the areas of Agri-tech, broadband connectivity, artificial intelligence, internet of things, robotics, and drone operations, it is there that SIMA will provide Malagasy students the vocational training needed to add value to the products they design for distribution across national and international markets.
SIDO GLOBALIZATION 2026 - SIDO SEC S1 FORM FILING
In August of 2026, SIDO IDC will file a Form S-1 preliminary prospectus with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to formally signal its intent to offer shares of its common stock to qualified public investors. This filing marks a deliberate step in advancing SIDO's mission as an industrial development company committed to building cross-border infrastructure, capacity, and enterprise. The capital raised through this proposed offering is intended to fuel the globalization of SIDO's operations, with a focused dual-market strategy spanning the United States and the Republic of Madagascar. SIDO believes these two geographies are uniquely positioned to benefit from coordinated industrial investment, knowledge transfer, and a long-term economic partnership. By inviting public participation in our growth, SIDO seeks to align a broad base of stakeholders behind a shared vision: developing resilient industrial assets, creating durable employment, and unlocking value at the intersection of American innovation and Malagasy resource access.
SIDO - ITTI YOUTH EED PATHWAY PARTNERSHIP - 2026
SIDO is proud to announce its partnership with the International School of English (ITTI), a Madagascar-based institution dedicated to delivering high-quality English-language instruction to young Malagasy adults. Through this collaboration, SIDO is investing directly in human capital by equipping the next generation of Malagasy professionals, entrepreneurs, and innovators with the language fluency required to engage confidently in global commerce. This partnership reflects SIDO's broader commitment to building meaningful connections between U.S. and Malagasy entrepreneurs, enterprise developers, and industry leaders. By removing language as a barrier to opportunity, we open productive corridors for cross-border collaboration, joint ventures, knowledge exchange, and trade. With ITTI as our trusted educational partner on the ground, SIDO is helping to ensure that talented young Malagasy adults are not only prepared to enter the global economy, but are positioned to help shape it, side by side with American counterparts who share their ambition and drive.
“If we are going to grow an economy, a free market economy, it’s going to have to be based on the spirit of the universe and not on the greed of the universe, and to do that we got to put capital at the bottom of the pyramid so that whoever else has brilliant ideas that will make life better for everybody can develop those ideas.”
(The Honorable Andrew Young Jr.)
