SIDO IDC, Inc. (SIDO) is a hybrid B Impact certified Wyoming corporation operating under NAICS § 523999 status as a development finance institution and NAICS § 551114 status as a corporate management entity commissioned by the Novitiate Youth Society of Entrepreneurs and Enterprises™ (NYSEE™), a fellowship based irrevocable charitable trust headquartered in New York, New York. NYSEE™ will be launched following the submittal of a SIDO S1 Form preliminary prospectus filed with the SEC in June 2026.
At that point, SIDO's business model will be funded through a diversified NYSEE™ capital stack built on equity investments, grants, philanthropic contributions, public-private partnerships, and commercial revenue streams generated from DFI funded U.S. and Madagascar business initiatives. In this way, SIDO methodically operates a business model that integrates commercially sustainable for-profit ventures with mission-driven not-for-profit initiatives engineered to deliver measurable economic impact resulting in durable financial returns.

David A. Thigpen is a 30-year veteran of crafting and delivering vocational entrepreneurship and enterprise development courses to marginalized teens, women, and men. David studied business management at Medgar Evers College and behavioral science at Mercy College and Niagara University.
In 2010, David launched the CTC Group, Inc. to breathe life into a corners2Cornerstones™ vision that introduced entrepreneurship and enterprise development tools to young marginalized and impoverished adults living in New York City and State. In 2012, David launched the c2C™ social business incubator and co-workspace in a five hundred square foot loft located in the East Williamsburg section of Brooklyn, New York. *********
David's c2C™ SBI quickly formed strategic partnerships with The NYC New School, Office of Children and Family Services, the United Nations Global Business Incubator Initiative, and the UK-based Working Links. Resultingly, David and c2C™ eventually became 2012 Echoing Green / Open Society “Black Male Achievement Fellowship” finalist.
David has been an Honorary speaker at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, Fordham University, Gabelli School of Business, and Fashion Institute of Technology. ***** Today, c2C™ courses are a pathway to the economic, technical, and industrial advancement of young adults living in the Republic of Madagascar.
